About us
Chimba is, above all, the story of a couple and a shared passion for coffee.
Throughout our travels, we realised that coffee always found a special place in our days.
There was always a new spot to discover, a coffee we wanted to try, or a place we were willing to cross the city for.
For us, coffee has always been about more than the cup itself.
Chimba was born from the desire to bring that same attention to every detail around it.
As the project started to take shape, Colombia naturally became the heart of it. As a couple with Colombian roots, it felt obvious to us to highlight the excellence and diversity of Colombian coffee and to build Chimba around this origin.
In Colombia, chimba is a popular expression used to describe something good, beautiful or simply great.
A name that felt naturally connected to the spirit of the project.
